
Fried Shrimp Recipe
If you like to eat shrimps you have to try this fried shrimp recipe. It's a delight! And the best of all, is so easy to cook. My Roberto loves shripms and when I prepared this tasty recipe for him, he was so happy. Believe me, it's a joy to see our husbands happy because of a meal we cooked for them (especially when we really loved those pair of shoes in the store... ;-D)

Enjoy my fried shrimp recipe, it's really delicious.
Ingredients:

1 1/2 lb cleaned shrimps (wash them carefully)

1 1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil

1 big garlic clove
-
2 green bell peppers cut into thin strips

1 tablespoon chopped parsley
-
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Directions:
Season the shripms with 1 1/4 teaspoon salt and ground pepper. Preheat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic clove and smash it a little bit. Fry it until it turns golden brown, then remove it and throw it to the garbage. Add the shrimps slowly and cook them for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the frying pan and set aside.
In the remaining oil sautee the green bell peppers with 1/4 teaspoon salt and cook for a few minutes. Add the minced garlic and the parsley. Stir in the shrimps and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat and this tasty fried shrimp recipe is ready to serve.
