Grilled Chicken Marinade

I cooked this grilled chicken marinade twice. The first time I didn't like the flavor because it was too acid for my taste. But I didn't give up. I kept cooking it, changing the ingredients. The third time it was just great!


I used a nonstick griddle to cook this recipe. I included a picture of my chicken while I was cooking it in the griddle, so you can have an idea. Also you'll have two options to serve this tasty recipe. Keep reading and enjoy this meal, it's delicious.

Oven Fried Chicken Recipe

When my husband Roberto told me that he loved my oven fried chicken recipe, I felt so happy. That feeling is amazing. Why don't you try and cook it too?


This tasty dominican recipe is really healthy and easy to prepare. Just add the seasoning, the eggs, cover with bread crumbs and bake. It's gonna be delicious!



Ingredients:


- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 beaten eggs (for a healthier meal, use only the whites)

Teriyaki Chicken Recipe "Latin Style"

When I got this teriyaki chicken recipe in my hands, I was not convinced with the ingredients. So I decided to change it and make it my way. After some trials and errors, now it is healthier and tastes so much better.

- 3 chicken breasts or 6 boneless chicken thighs
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 red bell pepper cut into thin strips

Stewed Chicken "Dominican Style" (Pollo Guisado Dominicano)

Sharing my dominican stewed chicken makes me so happy because this recipe is part of our tradition and culture. The "pollo guisado dominicano", in spanish, is one of the main ingredients of "The Dominican Flag" of our cuisine, together with white rice and red beans. Why we call it so? Because we love this meal and is part of every dominican home. Who in our country haven't enjoyed this delicious food?
